You must be a competent climber to purchase a climbing pass, with a valid Lab Card and completed an unsupervised waiver
 

You must cancel in the customer portal. 21 days notice of cancellation must be provided.

Recurring Payment Agreement Terms and Conditions

The Climbing Lab ltd will automatically debit the appropriate subscription fee using the payment method that you provide to us.  Payments will be taken on the same day each month (the day on which you originally set up your payment) until notice is provided by you and cancelled within your customer portal.  21 days notice of cancellation must be provided. Any cancellations received after this time will still be charged for the upcoming payment period. Any late payments will be subject to a £5.00 penalty fee. No refunds will be given once a charge has been made. You must hold a current, valid Lab membership card in order to gain access to The Climbing Lab using this subscription. Any expired membership cards must be repurchased before entry will be permitted. The Climbing Lab reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time, and will provide a minimum of twenty one (21) days notice to you, in writing, before any price changes are made. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and payment details are up to date and to notify us immediately of any changes.

By proceeding with this document, you agree that:

 

You are over the age of 18.

You registered at The Climbing Lab as an Unsupervised Climber (unless setting up payment on behalf of a participant under the age of 18)

You understand that the minimum contract for the subscription is two months full payment from the first billing date.

You understand that you must cancel no later than 21 days before your next payment, to cancel all further payments.

You understand that The Climbing Lab ltd. will charge the subscription fee monthly, in advance, each month, on the day before the date of which you set up the initial payment, using the payment details you provide.

You understand that you can only stop the monthly charge by cancelling within your customer portal. 

You understand that we operate a no refund policy once a charge has been made.

You understand that late payments will be subject to a £5.00 penalty fee.
