    Ladies Social - Monday

    Every Monday at 6PM we run a Ladies' social night. Our resident coaches, Ellie and Gracie will get you warmed up and offer you top climbing tips in a fun, supportive and safe environment. It's a great space to meet other ladies who love climbing!

    Tuesday Free Coaching

    Whether you're new to climbing or moving up into advanced bouldering, our resident coach George runs a free climbing workshop every Tuesday at 7PM. Learn about the fundamentals in his series of weekly workshops, designed to guide you up the climbing grades and help you send your projects.

    Leeds Queer Climbing is an inclusive queer climbing group based in Leeds. If you want to get involved, drop them a message on Instagram. They will introduce you to the group so that you can start climbing with some new friends at a discounted entry at The Lab.

    We are proud supporters of Climbers Against Cancer since 2022, they are a fantastic cause that carry a great deal of importance to our community.

    You can buy their merchandise from our shop with the assurance that all proceeds aid their fundraising for cancer research facilities throughout the world.

    Refugees Rock

    Action Asylum supports people's well-being through shared learning and integration. The Lab has committed to providing free climbing sessions through the Refugees Rock charity, to offer the group respite through climbing with us and our community, whilst they are going through a difficult time.

    Low mental health can touch everyone; this is something we hold close to our hearts at The Lab.

    Andy’s Man Club is an all men's suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

    We love to fundraise for them and shine a light on them for the great work they do.

    Solidaritee is the biggest student-led charity that raises legal aid for refugees through the sale of organic cotton t-shirts designed by refugees.
