CLIMBING TOGETHER

Earlier this month, we teamed up with Action Asylum Leeds to run Leeds first Refugees Rock; a free group climbing session at The Lab for local asylum seekers at the start of each month.

Action Asylum support people's well-being through shared learning and integration. The Lab has commited to providing a free climbing session to offer the group respite through climbing with us and our community whilst they are going through difficult times.

Action Asylum connects asylum seekers with local communities to improve their quality of life in our country. They do this through the improvement of local neighbourhoods and protecting the environment with community work. All of this demonstrates the contribution asylum seekers can make to our society.

We're excited to welcome them into our community and introduce them to our amazing sport.
