May News at The Lab

Climbing together

Bouldering is a form of climbing close to the ground with lots of safety matting. There's no need for complicated knots, ropes, or a harness - It's suitable for all ages, just bring some comfortable exercise wear.

Activities like climbing can help the whole family gain life skills such as teamwork, leadership and decision-making. Climbing as a family allows you to get fit, create great memories, and bond by solving problems together.

We're offering discounted family intros from 29th May - 2nd June.

Once you've completed the family intro, get access to the centre with a £10 family pass (one adult and child) and an additional child for £5. We're offering free shoe hire for the rest of the holidays with this entry type too!

Exam season

Our free-to-use workspace provides a break from the library or bedroom. Change up your study habits this week, crank out that last page of revision and unwind with a chilled-out climbing session.

Regular bouldering develops mindfulness and problem-solving skills that help us alleviate  fear, frustration and stress. Alongside this, The Lab is a great social space - re-energise yourself, build confidence and get some well-earned downtime.

POWER TUNNEL

Want to start training your endurance? We've got you covered - Here's a render of the mega power tunnel we're building this month. The centre is still open as usual. We have a full room of climbing (Unit 12+13) and our training area and gym are still open!

Follow us for regular updates on the expansion!
